Terms, cancellation and refunds

These terms are between Agwheel Crop Sciences Pvt Ltd, Ghaziabad ("we") and the business that signs up for Chetaa CRM ("you"). By signing up or using the service you accept them.

The service

Chetaa CRM is a sales CRM offered online, monthly per login. Features may improve over time. We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not promise it will never be interrupted.

Free trial

A new company gets 15 days free with every feature. No card is needed. After the trial, logins stop a few days later unless a plan is paid; your data stays for 90 days.

Price and payment

₹699 per active login per month, plus 18% GST, paid in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, online (UPI, card, net banking through Razorpay) or by bank transfer. We send a GST invoice for every payment. Messages and calls charged by Meta (WhatsApp) or Exotel are billed by them to you directly. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change; a period already paid is not affected.

Cancellation

There is no lock-in: to stop, simply do not renew. The account keeps working until the end of the paid period. You can ask for an export of your data before or up to 90 days after it ends.

Refunds

Every new company gets 15 days free with all features, so you can try Chetaa CRM fully before you pay. Because of this, payments are not refunded, in full or in part, once made.

The only exception: if you were charged twice, or charged by mistake, tell us within 30 days and we return the extra amount to the same payment method within 7 working days.

Your responsibilities

You keep your passwords safe, use the service lawfully, have the right to contact the leads you put in (including DND / TRAI rules and WhatsApp's policies), tell callers when calls are recorded, and do not send spam. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, after telling you where possible.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it. We are not liable for lost business or profits, or for services run by others (Meta, Exotel, Google, Razorpay, telecom operators).

Law

Indian law applies; courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
