WhatsApp: Meta's charge per conversation, on your own WhatsApp Business account. Cloud calling: Exotel's call minutes, on your own Exotel account; calling from agents' own phones costs nothing extra. Lead portals: your IndiaMART, Justdial or TradeIndia plan. Chetaa CRM adds nothing on top of these.

Questions

Do I need Chetaa ERP?

No. Chetaa CRM works on its own. If you keep your books in Chetaa ERP, connect it to make GST invoices from won deals.

Which WhatsApp number can I use?

A number on the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta). We help you set it up; a number used in the WhatsApp app has to move to the API.

Do I need Exotel for calling?

No. Agents can call from their own Android phones with the Chetaa CRM app, and the phone's call recordings come in for the AI reports. Exotel adds cloud calling with automatic recording and a single business number.

Is my data safe?

Each company has its own separate database, keys are stored encrypted and backups are encrypted every night. Your data is never used to train AI models.

How do I pay?

Online from Plan & billing in the CRM (UPI, cards or net banking), or by bank transfer. You get a GST invoice from Agwheel Crop Sciences Pvt Ltd.
